All articles published in the Journal of Data Analysis and Critical Management (JDACM) are protected by copyright.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright of the published articles remains with the author(s). By submitting and publishing their work in JDACM, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the work in all forms and media, including digital and electronic formats.


Open Access License

JDACM publishes articles under an open-access model, allowing free and immediate access to published content. Articles are typically distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) License, which permits:

  • Use, sharing, adaptation, distribution, and reproduction in any medium or format

  • For any purpose, including commercial use

Provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are indicated.

Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:
